You have your switch interface ports that R1, R2, R6, and BB2 connect to
set to dynamic. The "show isdn status" command will show these ports as
going between a trunk and access port. Set them to access mode with the
"switchport mode access" command and this should solve the issue.

Subject: STP issue - bridging over Frame Relay

Internetwork Expert Lab 16 - Task 2.5 - 2.7

I think have an issue with STP:

R1 - E0/0 connected to SW1-Fa0/1 (VLAN16)
R2 - E0/0 connected to SW1-Fa0/2 (VLAN22)

Also, by using trunking:
 R6 - Fa1/0.16 <-> SW1- Fa0/6 (VLAN 16)

And
BB2 - <-> SW1- Fa0/24 (VLAN 22)

As soon as the bridge comes up over the FR link, you cannot ping R6 from
R1
and BB1 from R2 (and vice-versa).

I have looked at the STP status and SW1's FastEthernet ports connected
to R1
and R2 are in blocking mode....

Did anybody experience something similar ?

Thank you

Narcis
