Its not part of the original question, but if you are using a non
cisco ip phone,
you may need to enable the switchport as dot1q trunk.
If it is a cisco phone i guess the negotiation will take care automatically.
The ideas is to make the ethernet between switch and router as trunk
hence multiple vlans (data and voice) can be carried across.

The other point you need to watch is the voice vlan. "switchport voice
vlan 130" will not create a vlan automatically on the switch (data
vlans will create with "switchport acc vlan x" but not voice vlans).
You need to create one ("vlan 130" in this example)
