If you don't mind my asking, what reference materials did you use in
writing this book? CCO stuff or other specific texts? Also, what
differences do you see between this book and Kennedy Clark's LAN
Switching book, or Cisco Catalyst QoS (Froom, Flannagan, & Turek)?
cheers,
robbie
