Hmmm,
redirects done by WCCP are transparent redirects of requests.
It requires the cache server to register to the router and the router
will never redirect an actual server request even if it transits a
redirected interface.
I can think of situations where you would like both directions
redirected, although they are kind of artificial...
WCCP uses a GRE tunnel between the router and the cache servers to
communicate with them, and sends through them the redirected requests.
So if you "redirect" in more than one interface, only the first to hit
will get used.
