That's a good question. What will activate the other end of the PVC. I
have configured a 1010 from scratch
(sorta like a frame-relay switch) but I can't remember anything like that.
You will need another router.
I guess the thinking would be to make the 1010 act as a Backbone router...I
believe when you configure the
ATM device you are switching traffic from one interface to the other.
