The original RFC 1795 had tcp 2067 to 2065. The new RFC 2166 has source
11xxx tcp to 2065 as you see in your capture!

UDP from port 0 to port 2067 is used for the reachability requests.

So stuff has simply changed!

It might be an error on the CiscoPress book and doc CD about port 2067. (or
stuff has changed?)
