Gary,

Your call is failing. Notice the failed=1 statement. Fix the reason the
call is failing and try again.

Here is the output of a sucessful CSIM start command:

csim: called number = 7035551009, loop count = 1 ping count = 0
!
csim: loop = 1, failed = 0
csim: call attempted = 1, setup failed = 0, tone failed = 0
