The question of regrading comes up frequently on this list, and the prevailing attitude is that they're not worth it. But I disagree. I think most people know by now, either from personal experience or from stories they've heard, that Cisco does make mistakes in grading labs. Since you no longer have an opportunity to review your lab with the proctor, as you did in the 2 day lab, it is the only way to verify that they got it right.
I seem to recall hearing people say that only %.03 of the regrades result in a change from failed to passed. But the statistic I would be more interested in is how many regrades result in any grade change. That would be a much better indication of their grading accuracy
I don't think you should get a regrade just because you didn't pass and you think you should have. But if you have good reason to believe that your score is wrong in a specific section, I think you should have your test regraded.
Furthermore, I think Cisco should refund regrade fees if there are any errors in the grading, even if it doesn't change the result. I'm hoping that any time Cisco finds a grading error, that they determine the cause, and take appropriate action to remedy it. Nobody's perfect, and I'm all for helping them refine their grading process, but I don't see why we should have to pay for it as well.

I figure I may have failed by less than five points, and can easily find those point in three or four sections were I lost them.
