Sounds like a typo on the switch.
You are reciving a packet tagged with ID 384, and you are expecting ID 38.
The "colour" is just a name for the different vlans. ISL tags each
packet with the vlan ID it belongs to, and the router is upset because
it has no subinterface defined for vlan ID 384.
