Get at least one 3550.

One 3550 and one 2950 should be able to run MOST of the practice labs.

I use one 3550 and one 3524, and I have to modify my labs to get it to
work.

No it will not.

I suggest you read the documentation on the 3550 to see for yourself
what
all of the features are. There are too many to list.

Subject: Switches for CCIE R&S Lab

Hello All,

I am planning to use IOS based 2950 switches for my CCIE lab. Can anyone
tell me if this would allow me to configure all the 3550 features?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
