No it will not.
I suggest you read the documentation on the 3550 to see for yourself what
all of the features are. There are too many to list.

Subject: Switches for CCIE R&S Lab
Hello All,
I am planning to use IOS based 2950 switches for my CCIE lab. Can anyone
tell me if this would allow me to configure all the 3550 features?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
