Have you tried setting the VTP version to 2? I have seen several situations
where all the settings matched on both sides, but the VLAN information was
not exchanged. Also, have you tried rebooting one or both switches?

I got problem in my lab I have scenario very simple, between cat 3750
and 3350 I have created trunking.also I have configure VTP domain,VTP
mode ( one client and other one server) . unfortunately when I had
created vlan on VTP server ( such as in cat 3750 ) the database vlan can
not update in other switch ( 3550 ) . do any suggestion regarding this
matter ???
