But is it possible to use this information on the some box, on the same output interface? In one box, out of an interface, using CAR to let traffic X goes with high priority.

I am wondering if CAR would set precedence 5 and WFQ would use this to treat this traffic differently. For example, suppose your eth0 is connected to the ISP; you want use CAR to police a specific traffic and give it high priority. The rest of the traffic would have low priority.

I dont think so because as I undertood it, CAR just send or drop, basically, it does not queue, so WFQ (or other queue treatment) can not help. But I am not 100% sure.
