My copy/paste was wrong. I mean: without the command "ip policy route-map
VoIP_PBR" under loopback, does it work? (just with the global command "ip
local policy route-map VoIP_PBR". Or with just the command under loopback
and without the global command.

I did not understand if and why it need both?

It doesn't work.
As voice data is generated from Lo0, use the policy route on Lo0 works.
Not sure why the DOC requires ip cef, it worked without, maybe just for
fast
switching of voice data.
