After digging deeper, I found out that the Internal IP calls and Intertrunk
IP calls are not having problems. The conversation gets dropped for
example, if customer call from his IP Phone to my Cell Phone that requires
the PSTN Gateway. Suddenly the customer won't be able to hear me, but I can
hear the customer. My take is on that
IP Phones are connected to 3750 switches. 3750 Switches are uplinked to
4507 switch/router. 4570 connects to 3745 (VOIP Gateway) through Ethernet.
3745 has 3 PRI T1s for Voice traffic, and 4-port ATM for data traffic. I
think the issue is the connection between 3745 and 4507 switch. Since QOS
is not setup on
4507 switch, the data and voice traffic have some priority over the Ethernet
Link. But if that was the case then the Intercluster Trunk Calls would also
have problems, but call between TIE trunk are okay.
Any other suggestions
