No that is not a mistake. That is the case for VOFR. You need to configure the
frame-relay voice bandwidth command b/c by default it is zero. Which means no
bandwidth for voice traffic in VOFR.
I thought your question was concerning the VOIP config and whether or not the "bandwith" command was needed for VOIP to work on the F/R circuit.
