Fellow CCIE candidates and former military veterans,

I wanted to make a quick post on how to use the GI Bill to aid in paying
for 60% of CCIE boot camp. Net Master Class is now a VA benefits
authorized training center. Thus, I started by going to the VA benefits
site and got an application to use my VA benefits at this school:
http://www.vba.va.gov/pubs/forms1.htm .

I then applied to the Net Master class of choice: NMC1. The VA sent me
a confirmation letter to verify that I wanted to take the specified
course, which I promptly returned. Then I attended the course, which
was a great eye opener and guide to prepare for the CCIE lab. While
there I filled out the attendance verification VA documents, which the
school mailed in.

Finally, the VA mailed me a verification letter to confirm that I
attended the course and to record how I would spend the money. BANG! I
had my check a week later (60% of the course's cost $2400.00). The VA
also decrimented my total VA entitlement by 2 months...which is not bad
at all.

I hope this post finds all veterans well; I also hope this lets veterans
take advantage of the benefit they deserve to help them in a
professional certification training course that can do wonders for their
careers. Shocker, only 12% of VA GI Bill benefits are paid out to
veterans.................so please take advantage.

The trainers and administrative staff at Net Master Class have gone
above and beyond to make this a reality for us. Please take advantage.

Sincerely,

C. Mark Taylor
