In the real would you absoutley have to configure RSPAN on both switches to
get it to work.
On the lab read the question and ask the proctor. There was a problem on one
of my labs that in the real would you would have to configure both routers
to get the feature to work properly. No question. The way it was worded made
me question the proctor. He said it only required the configuration put on
one router.
The lab is not the real world. As Scott once said to me. It's a difficult
thing to test true expert knowledge of a topic with in the limited confines
of the lab, by doing everything in a real world manner.

Yes, although this isn't documented in the chapter on span and rspan. This
is documented in the chapter on VLAN's.
I think the remote-span command has to be used on both switches but I'm not
100% positive on this point.
If the command should only be enabled on one switch, off-hand I couldn't
tell you which one - the source or destination switch.
