Yes, we have plenty of rack time on two racks compatible with the latest
versions of Internetwork Expert, IP Expert, and most any other practice lab
out there. Check out our practice labs page for details. Our third rack
will be upgraded to full feature 12.2.15T, like our first two racks, by the
end of the month.
There are lots of rack choices out there. Just because they are cheaper,
does not mean they are better.

I have rented quite a bit of time through him so far, as I have a 'Mini-me
Lab' at home (read 3 routers).
Maybe he has some time slots open for you. And I think, if I read right,
that the wiring will support IPExperts with some minor changes.
