memory-size iomem command

Hi, group

    I add a memory stick into the Cisco2621XM router,
older memory stick was fixed in primary slot, I add the
newer stick in second slot. Somebody said I should use the
memory-size iomem command to combine their for a single
memory. When I checked the command ,I found the last
parameter should be a percent, how to use the command ?
