Hi ,
I made a mistake in access-list
I gave access-list 100 deny ip host 232.1.1.1 any
I gave that multicast address in source.Now I have given in the
destination.really a silly mistake
Access-list 100 deny ip any host 232.1.1.1
Now it works

You need to use:
ip msdp sa-filter out 2.2.2.2 list 100
But the list 100 needs to deny the specific group that the mcast source
is sending to, not it's address.
