Hello Joe,
I completely understand your frustration, I had to pay everything
myself. I paid almost $14000 for my equipment, not to mention the
bootcamps and workbooks and lab exam costs. Maybe you passed, and we
will all be sending you congratulation letters soon. I failed 4 times as
well, I passed on the fifth. Don't give up!! I think if you did fail,
you have to reach deep inside of yourself and ask yourself do you really
want to pass this exam, at least that is what I did, and then I just
eat, live, breathe, sleep Cisco, as I was doing before. It's good to
vent your frustration out, than get back to work. I hope I have gave you
a few suggestions to help you. If you want to talk further I can help
you offline with a gameplan. :)

Subject: Frustrated

Just finished attempt #4, it's getting expensive at this point, and I am
fairly certain I didnt pass. It was great getting to meet Hugo (also on
this list) and others who were working on R&S. The only thing I really
envied was the fact that their companies are able to pay for the lab
attempts. Not including equipment I am probably at the $8000 level, and
I
doubt seriously that I will have the cash to do another run at this
before
IPV6 is added. Doesn't help that telecom revenues are abysmal so its
unlikely that the industry will improve enough for many changes. A boot
camp
would be nice but again there is no cash to do that either.

I havent gotten my score yet, but I think all or most of you would agree
that if you dont think you passed when you walked out of the lab, then
its
very likely that you did.

It's very frustrating to have to do this a fifth time.....
