Practical Studies Vol1 by Solie, has the legacy ATM commands according
to the blueprint you will also have to be familiar with the legacy ATM
commands, with PVC and SVC. And you can use the first link to find the
more recent commands as well as PPPoverATM. The second link I provided
is the technology page for ATM. So if you want complete in depth
understanding to go above and beyone what is required for the exam, than
you can spend more time reading the technology page if you would like.
For DLSW+ netbios filtering, you can use the following link:

In the example of the link I provided it allows SNA and denies
everything else, you would have to modify of to specifically deny or
permit Netbios, you would just modify the acl, in the example it would
implicitly deny Netbios. So the acl would look access-list 200 permit
0xF0F0 0x0101,
Access-list 200 deny 0x000 0xFFFF, that would permit Netbios traffic you
would just do a deny and permit everything else, if you wanted to just
deny Netbios traffic. I hope that helps more.
