I was just looking for this information last night. It is a great
document.
It raises a new question. When do you use the lsap filter and when do
you use the capabilities filter (I am looking to only permit SNA or only
permit NetBIOS)? It seems that either will work, do they care on the
lab which you use? I can see situations where you have multiple peers
and only want to block from one (use lsap).
