OT: 5-Year old Cisco 3524 acting weird

I have a bunch of Cisco 3524 that are dying and acting weird over the past
2 weeks and had to be replaced.
They are installed at different sites and the only thing in common is that
they are all 5 years old.

I would like to know if anybody is experiencing the same issue and also if
you have a solution.
