Sorry, doesn't exist on a 2500 for 12.2(8)T.
On 12.2T you can only run maximum IP PLUS, with basic IPv6 features.
If you want IS-IS you are limited to 12.2 Release Enterprise plus, not 12.2T
I would recommend a 17xx router for studying IPSEC and Firewall feature set,
but no IS-IS + IPSEC possible for 12.2T until at least a 2600 (preferably
XM).
