That would be correct....remember the interface command will overide the command under the IGP
for example, if you have:
router isis
net 47.0004.0000.0000.0004.00
isis-type level-2-only
int s0 <- still a level-2-only
ip router isis
int e0
ip router isis
isis circuit-type level-1 <- this will define only level-1 for this interface
