A suggestion: Can you have a look at the queueing strategy on the interfaces
at both sides ?

Subject: Problems on E3
Hello There,
I have two 7206 Routers connecting two sites A and B through E3 link.
Site A--X--------X--Site B
I have 7206 NPE G1 Router (1GB Ram) in site
A; where as site B has NPE 400 (512 Mb Ram).
Problem: When transfering data
from Site A to site B there is no problem; but while transfering same amount
of data from site B to site A it takes 10 times more that it takes from A to
B.
The E3 links are 10 % utilised and there is no problem. OSPF is running
between the sites and there is no problem in the local LAN also. Routers are
running only two E3 circuits and a LAN with 100 Mbps only. CPU utilisation
is just 2 %.
I don't really know where the problem is. Any one has experienced this kind
of problem and any solutions please let me know.
Warm regards
Scot
