Mani,
IE is referring to Internetwork Expert
(http://www.internetworkexpert.com).
To find out which style of workbook works best for you, download
each vendor's sample lab. Also take a look at how many people recently
have been passing the lab using their products/services. Each vendor
usually has this listed right on the first page of their website. How
many people are using their products to pass the lab can be used as a
good indicator of the success and effectiveness of their products.

The inability to ping the 51s from beyond R6 occurs in many of the IE
labs. It's because BB1 lacks the necessary routing information when it
replies to the pings.
Short of the conventional routing tricks (default-originate in BGP,
redistribution between protocols), the usual solution is to use NAT.

Subject: INE Lab 20 Section 5.48 - 5.51 "FULL IP REACHABILITY"
Is any one working on now or remembers INE Lab 20 Section 5.48 - 5.51,
the redistribution section between ospf & is-is? There should be
reachability to BB1's IS-IS loopbacks, right? I am able to ping all ip
addresses on all the other ospf & isis routers, but can't ping the
51.X.X.X loopbacks (except on router 6, the atm connection to BB1). Any
help appreciated!!...........Am almost thru with all 20 labs!!!!!
