LCP Keepalive

Hi group,

The PPP protocol uses LCP keepalive packets to verify a PPP session for
connectivity.

I was wondering if you can specify the LCP keepalive interval somewhere,
or specify how many LCP packets can be dropped, before the PPP
connection is considered down.

I don't think the "keepalive" command refers to LCP keepalive packets:

Int s0/0

            Encap ppp

Keepalive 5 <-- is this LCP
keepalive on a PPP connection ?

Geert
