This is off-topic a little so I'll keep it brief.

One of my users is finding her Citrix connections breaking when she
screen-prints off a Metaframe session. Both sessions crap-out.

Can anyone here point me in the right direction? We doubled our link
bandwidth to/through the Internet, and it hasn't made a difference for
this one person.
