OSPF traffic will still need to be defined as interesting in the
dialer-list. OSPF demand circuit will suppress the normal periodic OSPF
hello messages and suppress the periodic LSA refresh messages. This is
different than with the OSPF flood reduction feature in that flood
reduction only suppresses the OSPF LSA refresh messages but continues to
send the periodic OSPF hello messages.
