bandwith usage

Hi group!!

Is there actually a way to measure the bandwith been used on a specific port
of a catalyst 3500 series switch, i was using prtg but i'm not sure about the
results im getting from this tool, is there a way to verify bandwith usage
trough the CLI (wich command should i use?) or is there any other tool i can
use.
