 Let me clarify before this gets pointed out as a "rude email".

 I simply wanted to point out that IE does have a solid support site that's
moderated frequently. We (IPexpert) also have individuals that post Q and A
here, but I've tried to point all of them to our support site for quicker
support - and to keep GS "vendor-free" in regards to support and
discussions. Hopefully this wasn't taken as a rude email - if so, (John),
I'm terribly sorry - it wasn't meant to come across as such!
