lab 2 isdn & bgp and reachability

r4 and r5 are running isis but there is a requirement that they become bgp
peers if r5's fr link goes down. in the solution manual i only see where the
configs have:
int bri0/0
dialer map clns <<<...>>>
dialer-g 1
dialer list 1 pro clns_is permit

but since bgp uses tcp/ip it would seem completely necessary that there also
is a :
dialer map ip <<<...>>>
dialer-g 1
dialer-l 1 pro ip permit

is this correct?

in addition.....as far as full reachability is concerned, is it fair to say
that a router that is in an ospf area will not be able to ping an isis router
that is not an asbr? ....i.e...

r1--------------------r2--------------------r3
ospf osfp/isis isis

r1 should not be able to ping r3 and vica-versa, even thou the routes are in
the routing tables <<???>>>
