BGP maximum-prefix?

Requirement: Use the simplest way to Send a
notification if there are more than 200 paths from a
special neighbor.

I think it should be done with

BGP maximum-prefix, but by this way I also limit the
maximum-prefix from the special neighbor. I should
only send a notification but not limit the number of
paths.

Even if I use:

neighbor ip-address maximum-prefix 20000 1
warning-only,

I still limit the number of paths from the special
neighbor.
