   Looks like this is a bug, CSCdz86192. The debug suggestion was right
there since this bug needlessly prints these debug messages when
destroying peers and is cosmetic which explians the lack of any real
problms.

   Thanks to a Cisco employee who responded. Since he responded
directly I will withhold his name.
