The strange thing is there are no other messages. If the links were
flapping I would expect other messages as well. The EIGRP configs are
pretty basic, no timer tuning and the like. Though they have a
distribute list permiting only default to all the rmote site via EIGRP.
Per Tim's suggestion I need to verify that there are no debugs running.
