I'm trying to settle an argument.

I was told that the "Strict Priority" Queue in LLQ uses the hardware
broadcast queue on the interface itself in order to allow that strict
priority.

I can not find a single shred of documentation that provs this or even
outlines the hardware queues on the interfaces.

Can anyone point me to the right docs?
