How R1 reach the other routes without the default or specific static routes?
I know Dialer Watch and Back Interface don4t use default routes.
Also the task says.......
......and permit static route on each R1 and R2.
Ensure R1 can connect to other part of network.
You need full reachability when the FR link goes "down".
