Bob,

When the SPT cutover the sh ip mroute doesn4t show it, like a normal
behavior.

Could it be you are getting a response while on the shared tree and then
lose response once you
have SPT cutover?

No, because if the SPT cutover when a new ping is receive by R2 , PIM build
the SPT again!!!

So, It is confusing....But I think in the LAB and in a real scenario, just
with a ip mroute 10.1.1.0 255.255.255.0 tunnel 0 the RPF is fine!!!

But I think it is interesting, but I don4t have idea!!!

Thaks for your time, I really appreciated it!!!

Rgds,

Sergio
