For Dial-peer configuration

If I am required to use the loopback interaface such as

dial-peer voice 1 voip
destination-pattern 5281101
session target pv4: 1.1.1.1 -------> loopback address

Int loopback 0
ip address 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
h323-gateway voip bind scrcaddress 1.1.1.1--------------------> Is it a
required command
