Yasser,

You're missing the snmp-server enable traps command without which no traps
will be sent to any mgmt station.

But, besides that if you don't explicitly list any traps in your snmp host
command, by default, all enabled traps will be sent. So, if you want to send
all traps to your nms1 except the hsrp trap, then you need to list the traps
you want sent to nms1 host and leave off the hsrp trap.
