Entering interfaces into routing process

Hello all,

I was just thinking about a real world / theoretical question relating to multiple routing processes. Say I have a network full of all different routing protocols (rip, ospf, eigrp) and I want to enter certain interfaces into the entire routing domain. Is there any disadvantage to natively advertising the interfaces into EVERY routing process as opposed to advertising into a single routing protocol and redistributing as necessary? I'm not concerned with optimal paths for this scenario, just reachability. Assume there are NOT multiple redistribution points between any two routing protocols.

Thanks in advance!
Ken
