Group,
I passed Friday in RTP. I just got the results. I was expecting them on
Monday but I will not complain.
First of all I need to thank the person who graded my lab. You are the
best whoever you are.
Like many of you this was a long road for me. I took the lab several
times and each time I failed it was frustrating but it forced me to go
back and learn more which is the best part of the process.
Besides being a technical accomplishment, this process is very rewarding
personally. The dedication, discipline, determination and sacrifice
required, at least for me, is something that I am proud of. I had a goal
and worked very hard to get there.
did I thank the person who graded my lab already?
I used all the resources that are discussed here all the time. solie,
doyle, parkhurst, caslow etc..
For a lab workbook I relied primarily on internetwork experts guide. It
is a quality product as is the netmaster class book. I preferred the ie
book because the explanations were thorough and the goal is to help you
understand the protocols and technologies rather than just tell you what
commands need to be entered.
For those looking for rack time www.cconlinelabs.com was a huge resource
for me. I rented alot of rack time over there since my practive
equipment is misssing atm and isdn
I have been mostly a passive member of this group just learning from the
questions and answers of everyone. This is clearly an invaluable study
and technical resource so thank you to all who participate.
Good luck to all still preparing, don't give up and stay positive.
