Under T chain, Cisco has added a DSCP features which allow you to set the
values either comparable to IP Precedence as well configuring values for AF
series.

non-T only allows Dial -peer to configure with precedence values.

IP qos dscp CS Media refers to VOICE payload traffic and signaling referes
to VOICE signaling traffic.

for example, if no values are given, I will configure the Cisco Recommended
values for payload and signaling

IP QOS DSCP CS5 MEDIA
IP QOS DSCP CS3 SIGNALING
