I'm a bit disappointed about your public comments regarding IPexpert's
products and support. As always, we have been - and will continue to be
very responsive to customer needs and statements. In an attempt to contact
you to discuss your comments, I did a customer lookup in our customer
database and did not see your name or email address listed as an IPexpert
customer. I'd love to talk with you to find out if your claims are legit or
if this public bashing has been done by a competitor with hopes of
slamming IPexpert's reputation. (These tactics have been used on Groupstudy
over the past years by competitors who cant afford to market, advertise or
sell their products on the up and up.) Regarding your post, we've never
"claimed" that we can't support our products. Your statements are very
misleading and incorrect. Lastly, I find your comments regarding "mistakes"
to be somewhat surprising, as I have talked with many 6.0 WB owners who have
made many, many positive comments regarding the accuracy of our products
compared to other vendor products currently available. These customers have
also earned their number by passing the lab utilizing our products.
As I have stated before, if your claims are legitimate Id love to talk
with you to endure that this does not happen again. You can contact me

hear from you Ill assume that the statements you have made cannot be
backed and are false.
Note to the general readers be careful what you read especially if
public bashing comes from a hotmail or yahoo email account. Its
unfortunate that this is something we have to watch for and beware of, but
the facts are that this stuff has happened in the past.
