Which IOS version support ip pim autorp listener?

Hi group,
 
One workbook states that IP PIM AUTORP LISTENER command is supported as
of IOS 12.2(7).
The IOS on my 2600 and 3600 routers is 12.2(16), but does not support
this command.
However, my 3550 with IOS 12.1(19) does.
Does anybody know why 2600/3600 with 12.2(16) do not support this
command?
