Of course, as most type of collective actions do this will suffer from the
free rider problem. This is really where my interest is in this. It may not
impact actual gas prices, but if it makes an impact.... that is a collective
movement organized quickly through e-mails works.... that might be mentioned
somewhere. I think the free rider problem (not exactly but a close
relationship) will prevent it but it will be interesting to see if there is
an impact or not and if it is significant enough to warrant mention.
