Let's put this in a CCIE context. Asking the proctor for information
is going to help only if you demonstrate you have thought through the
problem. Proctors being people, they are also going to respond
better if not yelled at.

Starting in reverse order, the economic protest that was described is
in all caps -- the EMAIL EQUIVALENT OF YELLING.

Next, we have phrases like "It has been calculated" and "May 19 has
been declared," but with no supporting data. Who calculated what?
What methods were used? No information.

Who declared May 19 a day of protest? I like to know who I'm
supporting with my voice and my vote.

This is probably grounds to be banned from the list, although the
final decision will be that of the list owner. I hope yelling about
Evil Oil Companies was worth losing support for your CCIE quest.
